Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account info.

Depending on how you sign up: a phone number, an email address, or your X account details. We use this to create and secure your account and to sign you in.

Profile info.

Whatever you choose to add — display name, username, bio, location, avatar and cover images, skills, links (GitHub/X/LinkedIn/website), and your collaboration availability status.

Project info.

Projects you create — name, description, tech stack, dev stage, milestones, links, thumbnails, and the roles you're looking to fill — plus collaboration requests and messages exchanged through the request/reply thread.

Usage info.

Things like which projects you've saved, notifications generated by your activity (requests, acceptances, milestones), and reports you file or that are filed about your content.

2. How we use it

To run the core product: showing your profile and projects to other users, matching you with search/filter results on Discover, sending notifications about activity that involves you, and enforcing our Terms of Service through reports and moderation review. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising — CreatorVerse NG doesn't run ads.

3. Who can see what

Public projects and public profiles are visible to anyone, including signed-out visitors on the homepage and Discover. Private or unlisted projects are restricted per the visibility setting you choose. Collaboration request messages are only visible to the requester, the project owner, and the project's team. Moderators can see reported content as part of handling a report.

4. Where it's stored

CreatorVerse NG runs on Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage (avatars, cover images, project thumbnails, milestone images). If you sign up with X, X handles that authentication step directly — we only receive what's needed to create your account. Access to your data is restricted by row-level security policies scoped to your account, moderators, and whatever you've made public.

5. Your choices

You can edit your profile and project visibility at any time from Settings and your project pages. You can block or hide other users and content. You can delete your account entirely from Settings — this permanently removes your profile and every project you own (and everything attached to them), and can't be undone.

6. Not financial or identity verification

We don't collect payment information, and we don't independently verify who anyone on the platform actually is beyond the signup method they used. See the Terms of Service for what that means for collaborations involving money.

7. Changes to this policy

We're early — this policy may change as the platform grows. Continuing to use CreatorVerse NG after a change means you accept the updated policy.
